POCSHN is excited to announce the introductory workshop in our upcoming financial series hosted by licensed real estate agent and POCSHN member, Molly McGee.
Happening online, Tuesday, September 26 at 5pm PST, participants will learn about the process, benefits, and challenges of collectively owning a home. We will discuss the realities of financing and the nuances of home ownership for Black people and people of color as well as the potentials to build generational wealth and repair wealth and health disparities.
About the host Molly McGee (she/her) Is a licensed real estate agent and cohousing enthusiast, currently developing a 200 person eco village. As a lifelong Bay Area resident she is passionate about using simple solutions to solve our complex global problems and undermine individualistic culture.
